As Iowa farmers continue to feel impacts of tariffs, a look back at Rep. Miller-Meeks doubling down


Trump’s tariffs are still squeezing Iowa farmers.

New analyses estimate Iowa’s soybean industry alone could lose up to $1.5 billion under retaliatory tariffs, with corn, pork, and ethanol producers also facing steep losses.

Even so, Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks has repeatedly voted to keep those tariffs in place.
