Yoga in city parks are a regular weekend morning event across the state to help you get your flow on while also getting some fresh air and enjoying summer mornings. Plus, they’re free!

Eastern Iowa

Yoga at the Amphitheatreย 

Where: RiverLoop Ampitheatre & Expo Plaza, Waterloo

When: Saturdays, 9 a.m.

Community Yoga in the Park

Where: Flora Park, Dubuqueย 

When: Sundays, 9:30 a.m.

Outdoor Yoga at Big Grove

Where: Big Grove Brewing, Iowa City

When: last Sundays of the month, 11 a.m.

Yoga in the Park Vanderveer

Where: Vander Veer Botanical Park, Davenport

When: Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.
