🌱 Iowa faces a serious budget challenge.

Yesterday (on 4/20), Democratic candidate for governor Rob Sand put out his legalized cannabis plan for Iowa. It includes age restrictions, child-safe packaging, and THC caps, and would give Iowa farmers priority access to grow licenses. (Sand did not, however, mention expunging marijuana convictions, like other states have done.)
