Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate says Iowans can trust that their ballots will be counted fairly, accurately, and securely this November.
Pate spoke at the State Emergency Operations Center, where he was joined by state and federal partners involved in election security.
He pointed to paper ballots, public testing of voting equipment in all 99 counties, and what he described as no evidence of unauthorized intrusion into Iowa’s election systems.
