Cedar Rapids Restaurants Open on Christmas
350 First at The Doubletree Hilton
Experience holiday views of Cedar Rapids and the Cedar River as you enjoy a holiday meal. The 350 First at Doubletree Hilton will be serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but don’t forget to make reservations in advance!
Edith Lucielle’s Bait Shack & Wing Depot
This restaurant remains open every holiday, offering a place to go to people who would otherwise spend the holidays alone. On Christmas Day, they serve a traditional Christmas meal in-house. However, if you’d prefer to take a meal to-go, they also have the option of a Christmas Day Prime Rib Family Takeout meal.
Red Ginger
Red Ginger is open from 10:30 am – 9:00 pm on Christmas Day. If you want traditional Japanese fare as your holiday dinner, Red Ginger certainly won’t disappoint. Their regular menu is available throughout the day, so you can fill up on all of your favorite dishes.
Rock Bar American Grill
Rock Bar American Grill will serve food and drinks starting at 5pm. If you’re looking for traditional American fare, you can chow down on some comfort food like wings, burgers, and fries for your Christmas meal.

If you’ve decided to go through the hassle of preparing a Christmas dinner, but you want to wind down the holiday evening with family and friends, don’t skip out on Lorados. It’s a drinks only situation as the kitchen will be closed, but you can grab a drink and relax starting at 8pm.
